To support its growth objectives, Q-layer also expanded its operation into the United States and appointed Matthew Powell as the new CEO of the company.

By enabling the Virtual Private Data Centre concept, users of Q-layer Delegation Manager are provided with a portal designed to make cloud computing a reality today. The software brings them fast browser-based provisioning of data centre assets with integrated credit-based charge-back capabilities, reporting and easy to use management controls.
