Wadsworth withdraws from Fibre Depot deal
Wednesday, 29 November 2006 17:15

Wadsworth Electronics has announced that despite extended negotiations and a common agreement over a cooperative future, it was unable to agree satisfactory terms for the purchase of Fibre Depot.

In view of this, Wadsworth has formally withdrawn from all purchase negotiations with Fibre Depot. Mike Elimer, managing director of Wadsworth, explained, ‘Wadsworth Electronics will continue to build on its enviable reputation for the supply of quality fibre optic products at competitive prices. We will strengthen existing relationships and forge new ones in the UK and internationally to ensure we continue to be a force within the fibre marketplace through our Quantum brand.’
