Wadsworth has enhanced its customer support programme. By doubling the inventory of key ranges, investing in new call handling technology and introducing a new customer services team Wadsworth can continue to provide customers with a top-class service. The new dedicated customer services team, which is six-people strong, will be tasked with optimising Wadsworth’s capacity for next day delivery. The team will monitor and support Wadsworth’s specialist courier and logistics network ensuring that all orders are dispatched and delivered on time.
