IFL has launched its secure online rack management and information tool – ISIS.

The ISIS tool is designed to provide valuable environmental information relating to IFL clients’ colocation space, and is closely linked to the information collected and reported on in IFL’s own 24x7 Operations Centre (OC).

Core to the ISIS system are power monitoring and reporting tools.  Using a secure login, colocation customers can view a list of each of their assigned racks, and details of individual power circuits to each rack location.  Power usage statistics are presented online in simple data and graphical formats with accurate analysis of each circuit.  The ISIS tool provides accurate and reliable measurements in various units, Amps, kW, kVA and kVAR, to encourage as many customers as possible to strive to reduce power usage and invest in more efficient technology within the data centre.
