| Bocada promotes Pruitt |

Bocada has announced the promotion of Drake Pruitt to the position of president and chief executive officer. Pruitt has been with Bocada for nearly five years in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as a Bocada executive vice president. Mark Silverman, who has served as CEO and a board director for the past six years, will now serve as chairman of the company’s board. "It gives me great pleasure to announce Drake’s promotion," Silverman said. "Drake has repeatedly distinguished himself as a customer-focused, hands-on executive since he joined the company. His operations experience and keen focus on execution will serve the company well as we pursue our expanding market opportunities. I look forward to working with him in his new capacity."
