Virtus Data Centres had its first data centre opened by Sir Michael Caine. Virtus announced practical completion of phase 1 of its maiden Tier III enhanced Data Centre at the beginning of March and the centre now has their first fully migrated and operational tenant.

Virtus Data Centres, who are part of a joint venture between Frogmore Real Estate Partners and The Obsidan Group, have completed phase one of the speculative development that will deliver 802m²/8,632ft² of net technical space with self contained data halls available from 200m²/2,152ft² delivering an average power density of 1,500 watts per m².
