Deloitte named market leader in security space |

Deloitte has been named a market leader in a new report on the security consulting services marketplace by the globally respected independent researcher, Forrester Research. Forrester concluded that Deloitte member firms established themselves as leaders in the security consulting services market thanks to their “breadth of current offerings and focus on future growth areas.”
The Forrester report titled, Forrester Wave: Security Consulting Services, Q3 2007, evaluates the relative capabilities and service offerings of leading global providers of security consulting services across a total of 80 criteria. The report states, “Deloitte’s current security offering and market presence took the top spot among all other service providers” and Deloitte has “a mature perspective focused on client value.” “Evidenced by our recent position as a Leader in Forrester’s June 2007 Risk Consulting Services Wave, and now our recognition as a leader in the Security Consulting Wave, it’s clear the Deloitte risk platform is a leader in delivering client value,” said Simon Owen, partner in charge of Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte UK.
