This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("you") and Turret Group Ltd, publishers of Data Centre Management, regarding your use of Data Centre Management's RSS Feeds. By using this RSS service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. You may only display the content of the feed for your own personal use (non-commercial use) and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any of the content.
2. You may not use the Data Centre Management RSS Feed to
   a) sell a product or service
   
   b) to increase traffic to your website for commercial reasons, such as advertising or subscription sales
   
   c) take the results from the Feed and reformat and display them, or use any robot, spider, other device or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the Feed.

3. The full content of the articles may not be published, you must use only the headline, summary and URL provided
4. The Service is designed to help you find news information about data centres. The feed provides a brief description of each news item to help you identify the articles of interest. When you select a story, you will be linked to the Data Centre Management website.
5. Turret Group Ltd owns and retains all intellectual property rights to this RSS Feed and its content.
6. When Data Centre Management RSS feed is used on a third party website, all the relevant content must be attributed to Data Centre Management.
7. You may not redistribute Data Centre Management's RSS Feeds without permission
8. Turret Group retains the right to modify these terms at any time. Such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting. Accordingly, we suggest that you check this page periodically.
9. We reserve all rights in and to the Data Centre Management RSS Feed.
10. Turret Group retains the right to suspend or terminate the Feed or your access to it without notice.
